Fork-type Parking System
The tooth-type parking equipment is an intelligent and efficient mechanical parking solution, which takes the tooth-shaped supporting structure as the core to realize vehicle storage and retrieval through the staggered engagement and exchange of tooth plates. Different from traditional car plate parking equipment, it abandons the integral car-carrying plate, and uses the mutually matched fixed tooth plate and movable tooth plate to stably support the vehicle tires, which not only saves materials but also improves the efficiency of storage and retrieval. It is specially designed to solve the parking difficulty in areas with tight land resources, and is widely applicable to residential communities, commercial plazas, hospitals and office buildings, suitable for both new parking lot construction and old garage renovation.
This equipment adopts a high-strength steel structure, with strong load-bearing capacity and stable operation, which can meet the parking needs of ordinary private cars and SUVs. It is equipped with an advanced PLC intelligent control system and multiple groups of infrared sensing devices, supporting license plate recognition, one-click operation and card swiping, and the whole process of storage and retrieval can be completed in 1-2 minutes, realizing efficient and convenient unmanned on-duty operation. Its modular design allows flexible customization according to the actual site size, and it can be installed independently or in groups to maximize the use of vertical space.

Working Principle
The working principle of the tooth-type parking equipment is based on the staggered exchange of tooth plates. The transmission mechanism is driven by a geared motor, and the movable tooth plate (transport tooth) is connected to the traction chain and lifting system, while the fixed tooth plate is fixed in the parking space. When storing vehicles, the driver parks the vehicle on the entrance fixed tooth plate, and the system detects the vehicle position and safety through sensors. Then the movable tooth plate moves to the bottom of the vehicle tires, and through the staggered engagement with the fixed tooth plate, the vehicle is stably transferred to the movable tooth plate. The motor then drives the movable tooth plate to lift and traverse to the designated parking space, and completes the vehicle storage through the reverse engagement with the fixed tooth plate in the parking space. When retrieving vehicles, the system reverses the operation to transfer the vehicle to the entrance.
Features/Equipment Characteristics
The tooth-type parking equipment has distinct characteristics that distinguish it from other parking devices. Firstly, it has high space utilization, which can realize 2-8 layers of intensive parking, and the space utilization rate is 4-10 times that of traditional flat parking lots, even realizing 16 vehicles parked in the area of 2.5 traditional ground parking spaces. Secondly, it is efficient and energy-saving. The tooth plate structure is light in weight, which reduces the load of the transmission system, saves energy consumption, and the storage and retrieval speed is faster than that of traditional car plate equipment. Thirdly, it is safe and reliable, equipped with anti-fall devices, overload protection, emergency stop buttons and multiple sensors, which can immediately stop operation and alarm in case of abnormal situations such as vehicle deviation or foreign body obstruction. Fourthly, it is easy to install and maintain, with prefabricated tooth plate components and modular design, which shortens the on-site installation cycle and reduces later maintenance costs. Finally, it has strong adaptability, suitable for various models of ordinary cars and SUVs, and can be used in both indoor and outdoor environments with good corrosion resistance.
Our tooth-type parking equipment adheres to strict quality standards in production and manufacturing, integrating advanced technology and practical needs. It effectively solves the problem of parking difficulty in urban areas, and has won wide recognition from customers with its reliable performance and high cost performance, becoming a mainstream choice for modern parking lot construction.
