Working Principle
The working principle of the vertical rotating parking system is simple and reliable. The transmission mechanism is driven by a geared motor, and car storage brackets are installed on the traction chain at a certain distance, just like the hanging baskets of a Ferris wheel. When storing vehicles, the driver parks the vehicle on the bottom bracket, and after confirming safety, the system starts to operate. The chain drives the brackets to make vertical circular rotation, moving the vehicle to the designated layer; when retrieving vehicles, the system reverses the operation, rotating the target bracket to the bottom, and the driver can drive the vehicle out easily. This cyclic rotation mode ensures efficient and smooth storage and retrieval of vehicles .
Production Process

Secondly, structural processing and welding: professional technicians use advanced laser cutting and automatic welding equipment to process the steel frame and car storage brackets, and conduct non-destructive testing on welding joints to ensure structural firmness. Thirdly, assembly and debugging: prefabricated components are assembled in the factory, and the transmission system, control system and safety devices are installed and debugged to ensure that each part operates smoothly and cooperates closely. Finally, finished product inspection: each finished system undergoes load-bearing testing, operation stability testing and safety performance testing, and can leave the factory only after passing all inspections .
