Working Principle
The working principle of the comb tooth parking equipment is based on the staggered exchange of comb teeth. The transmission mechanism is driven by a geared motor, and the comb-shaped car-carrying frame (transport comb) is connected to the traction chain or hydraulic lifting system. When storing vehicles, the driver parks the vehicle on the entrance comb frame, and the system detects the vehicle position and safety through infrared sensors. Then the transport comb moves to the bottom of the vehicle, and through the staggered combination of the transport comb and the parking comb in the parking space, the vehicle is stably transferred to the parking comb. When retrieving vehicles, the system reverses the operation, the transport comb moves to the parking space, exchanges with the parking comb, and transfers the vehicle to the entrance, allowing the driver to drive out directly.
