Working Principle

The 7-layer parking equipment adopts the lifting and traversing working principle, similar to a three-dimensional "Huarong Road". The transmission mechanism is driven by a high-power geared motor, and each floor is equipped with a movable car-carrying plate. The ground floor is used for horizontal traversal and always reserves an empty space for vehicles to enter and exit. When storing vehicles, the driver parks the vehicle on the ground car-carrying plate, and the system automatically detects the vehicle position and safety through sensors. Then the motor drives the transmission mechanism to lift the car-carrying plate to the designated floor, and the horizontal traversing mechanism moves it to the vacant parking space to complete storage. When retrieving vehicles, the system adjusts the position of each car-carrying plate, moves the target car-carrying plate to the ground floor, and the driver can drive the vehicle out directly.
