As a piece of mechanical equipment, the sandblasting machine plays a significant role in industrial production. To ensure its proper and reliable operation, it is imperative to conduct a comprehensive series of checks on various components prior to startup.

First, verify the accuracy of the installation positioning. Begin by inspecting the mounting locations of the spray gun and all other components; precise positioning is essential to guarantee the sandblasting machine's normal and fully functional operation.

Second, inspect all valves and ports associated with the sandblasting process. Before initiating operation, ensure that all such valves and ports are in a closed state; they should only be opened once the machine is ready to commence operation.

Third, check for any loose components. Verify that all screws and nuts are securely fastened. If any screws or nuts are found to be loose, they must be immediately tightened.

Fourth, conduct a dust inspection. This inspection focuses primarily on the air outlet. If dust accumulation is present at the outlet, it must be cleaned out immediately; failure to thoroughly remove accumulated dust-particularly if it comes into direct contact with an open flame-poses a significant risk of fire.

To ensure operational safety, it is therefore mandatory to perform all of the aforementioned checks on the sandblasting machine prior to powering it on.
